Made-to-measure, delivered to your door. Here's what to expect once you've placed your order.
Delivery
- Each order is made to your measurements, so most blinds ship within 7–10 business days.
- Standard delivery typically arrives 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Free delivery on orders over $500; a flat rate applies below that and is shown at checkout.
Returns
Because every blind is custom-made to your exact size, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. What you are always covered for is fit and quality — see our 30-day Perfect Fit Promise.
Faults & sizing
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn't fit the measurements you supplied, contact us within 30 days and we'll remake or replace it at no cost.
